Dining etiquette: It is very standard to wait until everyone has their plate in front of them before anyone starts eating. Also, do not speak with a mouthful, do not place your elbows on the table, do not blow your nose, etc. Queuing is very important. It is a norm that you should not cut the line to anything, it is very disrespectful.
The “Go On” polite rejection. When someone offers you something, it is well manner to politely decline, expecting a response like “go on,” and finally accept the offer.
